Vaughan Brothers Developments is a full service Construction Company dedicated to developing, building and improving residential and commercial structures according to client needs and specifications.
With over 30 years experience in the Construction Industry and from a long heritage of traditional tradesmen, Thomas Declan Vaughan, Owner and Director, has developed and led multiple construction projects in the UK and Ireland. From complex new builds in and around London, working on challenging civil engineering projects including the famous Guinness Sky bar through to construction of a new Marina in Wicklow consisting of managing of concrete in the harbour and most recently developing a 31 property site in Worcestershire that is a mix of new build and grade 2 listed conversions.
This has allowed Vaughan Brothers Developments to be in the unique position of developer/contractor giving the ability to run and manage projects much more efficiently and effectively, on time and within budget, providing success and return for its investors.
